John Foryt is the lead guitarist and a lead and background vocalist for After Hours.

    John grew up outside Pittsburgh, PA, attended the University of Notre Dame and George Mason University School of Law and has resided in the Pensacola area since 1992.  His musical and performance skills have  been developed through playing and singing with various Pittsburgh-area bands, Notre Dame-based entertainment, liturgical and school groups such as the Marching Band and the dance group Shenanigans,  and as a member of the band "Triple-Sec" that entertained as part of the Bob Hope Show in the mid-1980s.  

    When not indulging in his "After Hours" activities, John is employed by Solutia Inc. as its Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and provides liturgical music for St. Ann Catholic Church in Gulf Breeze. In addition, he can aslo be seen sporting his "kilt" as a drum corp member of McGuires famous marching band.....you have to see it to believe it and yes the rumors are true!
